Safe use of your AI subscription account

2026-10-121 min read

Whether it is your own account or a ready-made one, these habits lower the chance of trouble.

1. Use strong, unique passwords

Use a different password for each service, long enough, mixing letters, digits and symbols. A password manager helps.

2. Turn on two-step verification

If the service supports it (codes or an authenticator app), turn it on — an extra safeguard even if the password leaks. With a ready-made account, confirm with support first whether you may change security settings.

3. Log in only through official channels

Use the official website and app, and bookmark the official address. Don't click “login links” sent by strangers.

4. Don't share the account

Don't give the password to colleagues or friends, and never send it to strangers claiming to be support. We also never ask for your password.

5. Don't send sensitive content to AI

ID numbers, bank cards, passwords, verification codes, customer privacy and company secrets don't belong in a chat. When handling sensitive documents, replace names and amounts with placeholders first.

6. Log out on shared computers

After logging in on a shared device, log out when you finish and clear the browser history.

Follow platform rules

Unusual behavior (for example masses of automated requests or prohibited content) may trigger platform restrictions. Account restrictions by the platform are not covered by our warranty — please use the service normally and in compliance.
