What do “subscription warranty” and “first-login only” mean?

2026-10-011 min read

The warranty label on a product card tells you what we are responsible for if something goes wrong:

Subscription warranty

During the warranty period, if the subscription drops (for example becomes inactive), we handle it. If it cannot be fixed, we refund according to the remaining days.

Example with Claude Pro: price 189; if the subscription fails after 7 days of use, refund = 189 − 189 ÷ 30 × 7 = 144.9.

First-login only

We only guarantee that your first login succeeds. Problems after the first successful login are not covered. These products are cheaper and suit cases where stability matters less.

No account-ban warranty

Account risk control is decided by each AI platform, and we cannot guarantee an account will never be restricted. Please follow platform rules and avoid abnormal usage.
