Read before your first order: process and rules
Zhongshang Qihang provides subscription top-up and ready-made accounts for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini and Cursor. For your first order, follow these steps:
Ordering process
- Pick a product in the shop and read the product name, plan and warranty note.
- Click “Buy”, add our official support (WeChat or Telegram) and tell them the product and your order e-mail.
- Support confirms the plan, price and delivery method with you, and you pay as instructed.
- After payment, support activates the subscription on your account, or hands over the ready-made account. Please check that the subscription works.
Everything is handled one-on-one with support, and account details are delivered only through our official support.
Three rules you must know
- Enter the right e-mail. The e-mail is used to verify the account and activate the subscription; a wrong one delays processing.
- Digital goods are non-refundable once sold. If the product itself has a problem, contact support within the warranty period.
- Read the description first. It explains usage and precautions; issues caused by not reading it are not covered.
If you are unsure about anything, ask support before ordering — it is much easier than fixing it afterwards.
