Top-up: you provide your own account and we activate the subscription on it. The account stays yours, with history and settings; you need to provide the required information and make sure the account can log in.
Ready-made account: we provide an account with the subscription already active, ready to use — good if you have no account. Log in promptly after receiving it, change whatever can be changed and keep it safe.
Both methods cost the same. Which method applies to which product is confirmed by support.
Subscription warranty only
Warranty covers the subscription status only: if it drops we fix it or refund the remaining days; account bans are not covered.
Example: Claude Pro ¥189, subscription fails after 7 days — refund = 189 − 189 ÷ 30 × 7 = ¥144.9.
- For your first purchase, contact support first to confirm the plan, price and delivery method.
- Enter a correct e-mail — it is used to verify the account and activate the subscription.
- Once delivered, digital goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality problem.
- Never tell anyone your account password; we never ask for it.
